Usage: Dot blot assays may be performed at 1-2 μg/mL of nef in solid phase and 1:500 dilution of the conjugate. Direct immunohistochemical staining of cells may be performed in 1:100 dilution range of the peroxidase conjugated mAb. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
